Unlike the traditional routines of morning devotional in Nigerian schools, K.I.C. will not be holding large groups of gatherings, instead students will arrive at school by 6:30-7:20am, they have free time to move around, talk and catch up with fellow students etc, by 7:20-7:50am students would be in their individual classroom, each classroom will have class leadership, comprised of : class prefect, assistance class prefect, weekly morning devotion leaders.

This devotion will be carried out using various methods, tools and software, presentation. Kio Heritage School wants students to read at least 20mins a day, to better achieve this by 7:50- 8: 20 there will be is a general school mandatory reading time, this will ensure student gain 30minute reading time daily and will be enforce everyday, from 8:20 regular school time table continues.
